Barren Creek Landing Stables is a Maryland licensed hunter/jumper barn located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.  We are a family owned farm and have been in operation since 2002.  Barren Creek Landing is owned and operated by Deborah Aalders.  We offer hunter/jumper instruction for beginners to advanced riders.  We are dedicated to providing the highest quality and safest riding instuction possible.  We emphasize equitation and correct use of aids during flat work and jumping.

 

It is our philosophy that a rider know more than just riding. Being a good horseman or woman is also an integral part of our riding program.  Working with our horses and ponies on the ground is an important piece of the overall experience and encourages more well-rounded riders.
